Through selective demolition and a comprehensive interior renovation, Envision coordinated new flooring, paint, millwork, doors and hardware, furnishings, electrical work, ceilings, restroom partitions and accessories, plumbing, and final detailing under a CM at Risk delivery.

An accelerated return-to-office timeline required precise planning and coordinated execution across architectural, finish, electrical, plumbing, and furnishing scopes. Each phase was carefully sequenced to keep the renovation moving while maintaining uninterrupted business services and preparing the headquarters for the staff's timely return.
