Moffitt Cancer Center Founder’s Garden Storm Pass Through

Envision completed a drainage improvement at Moffitt Cancer Center’s Founder’s Garden to better manage stormwater flow near an existing sidewalk and support safe, reliable access through the area. The scope included installing a 6-inch corrugated pipe connected to a new 12-inch square catch basin on the opposite side of the sidewalk, tying the new system into the existing drainage infrastructure.

To complete the work efficiently ahead of seasonal rain impacts, our team coordinated off-hours work in an active healthcare environment. The area was carefully excavated, stabilized, and restored with cement backfill and soil cover to support long-term performance while maintaining safe access for patients, staff, and visitors.
