University of South Florida MDA Multiple Building Upgrades

Envision completed multiple building upgrades at the University of South Florida’s MDA facilities, improving entry points, access-control readiness, and exterior connectivity across the campus environment.

The scope included installation of a new storefront entry door, new hollow metal double doors with associated hardware, added electrical receptacles to support access control systems, and construction of a new concrete sidewalk at the side entrance. Envision also coordinated access control and signage by others, while our SPD team self-performed ceiling modifications, minor patchwork, and final cleaning for a complete project turnover.
