University of Tampa Grand Center Residence Hall

Located just north of where Babe Ruth hit his longest home run, University of Tampa’s Multipurpose Center was built by Beck-Envision to serve as a combination residence hall, parking deck, classroom, and office building. At 510,320 SF—over two times the size of the UT Vaughn Center—it has taken the title of the largest building at the university.

The center provides housing and parking for hundreds of students with a 13,000 SF skypark, 600 beds, 130 restroom pods, 64 offices, 22 EV chargers, 10 levels, five classrooms, four departments, a bike storage facility, and a Starbucks.
